患者,女性,37岁,1991年9月16日来眼科门诊,自诉两眼皮不适、发痒常用手指揉擦已有1周。外眼检查:睫毛根部见黄白色分泌物,睑缘轻度发炎。在裂隙灯下见患者睫毛根部附有米黄色及淡红色小点,用显微钳子轻拨见有会爬行的小虫,在睑缘睫毛间爬行迅速。以上睑缘中部睫毛根部小虫较多,睑缘两端及下睑缘较少见。虫体呈淡红色,叮刺时尾部翘露在外,不活动。被刺咬过的睑缘表皮留有斑点。还见有粘附在睫毛上呈圆形、透亮、米黄色虫卵,一端有一小盖。

Above the middle eyelid eyelashes root more insects, both eyelid and lower eyelid less common. Pale body reddish, tail sting when exposed, not active. Spiked eyelid epidermis left spots. See also adhesion on the eyelashes were round, translucent, beige eggs, one end of a small lid.
