当前地方农业院校英语专业学生由于生源问题、传统教学模式、非英语学习环境及学科边缘化等因素的影响,在团结协作上体现出合作意识薄弱、沟通能力不强、参与意识较差和自我定位模糊等问题。培养和提高其团队精神,就要根据专业特色转变教与学观念、采用合作学习模式、注重实践教学中团队精神的培养,提高学生就业软实力。
