准备活动是公共体育课教学的前奏,体育游戏不仅利于充分的准备活动,又能激发学生的学习兴趣,提高体育课的学习效果。本文有选择地把拓展游戏地面项目与公共体育教学准备活动相结合,既可达到完成准备活动,发挥拓展训练、促进学生身心全面成长的作用,又能克服当前体育游戏的不足,为深化高校体育教学改革、提高体育教学效果作有益尝试。
Preparatory activities are the prelude to public PE teaching.
