对我中心发现并培育的昆明无毛小鼠的17项血液正常生化值进行测定并与原昆明小鼠种群进行比较,结果表明:无毛小鼠血清白蛋白(ALB),磷酸激酶(CK)含量均显著高于昆明小鼠(P<0.01)。谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LD)2项指标高于昆明小鼠(P<0.05)。血清球蛋白(G)低于正常昆明鼠(P<0.01)。其它12项测定指标:碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血清总蛋白(TP)、总胆红素(TBIL)、胆固醇(HO)、血糖(GLu),r-谷氨酰转肽酶(r-GT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)及血液中cl、Na、K、Ca、Ip离子浓度,无毛小鼠与正常昆明小鼠间无显著性差异。结果提示:昆明无毛小鼠有某些独特的生物化学特性
17 normal blood biochemical values of Kunming hairless mice detected and cultivated in our center were measured and compared with those of the original Kunming mice. The results showed that serum albumin (ALB), phosphokinase (CK) Content were significantly higher than Kunming mice (P <0.01). GPT and LD were higher than those of Kunming mice (P <0.05). Serum globulin (G) was lower than normal Kunming mice (P <0.01). The other 12 indexes: ALP, TB, TB, GLu, r- GT), aspartate aminotransferase (GOT) and plasma concentrations of cl, Na, K, Ca, and Ip in plasma. There was no significant difference between hairless mice and normal Kunming mice. The results suggest that Kunming hairless mice have some unique biochemical characteristics
