细胞遗传学检测已作为常规方法用于急性髓系白血病的辅助诊断、指导治疗和预后判断。在急性髓系白血病患者40%-45%为正常核型,在该类患者中逐渐发现一些基因突变和基因表达异常,并发现此类基因的改变与预后存在着明显关系。本文就此方面的内容进行综述。
Cytogenetic testing has been used as a routine method for the diagnosis of acute myeloid leukemia, guiding treatment and prognosis.
