对70例不同发育阶段(胚胎不同时期、新生期、未成熟期和成熟期)Wistar大鼠睾丸生殖细胞的发育进行了光镜和电镜研究。结果:1.根据时间、分布及形态结构等将生精细胞的发育过程初步分为原始生殖细胞、生殖母细胞、前精原细胞、早期精子发生及精子发生等5个阶段。2.胚胎13d原始生殖细胞间即可见到胞质桥前身;胚胎19d生殖母细胞间的胞质桥已明显且较多。说明雄性生殖细胞的胞质桥在精原细胞以前就已出现。3.自胚胎17d在生殖细胞和支持细胞间见到大量不典型的细胞连接。这种连接在以后各时期均可见到。除可能具有机械性连接作用外,可能尚有输送营养和传递信息的作用。
The development of testicular germ cells in 70 Wistar rats at different developmental stages (different stages, newborn, immature and mature stages of embryos) was studied by light and electron microscopy. Results: 1. According to the time, distribution and morphological structure, the development of spermatogenic cells are divided into five stages: primordial germ cells, primordial germ cells, early spermatogenesis and spermatogenesis. 2. Embryos 13d primordial germ cells can be seen between the cytoplasmic precursors; embryonic embryonic cytoplasmic cytoplasm of the mother cell has been significantly more and more. Explain that the cytoplasmic bridge of male germ cells has appeared before spermatogonia. 3. A large number of atypical cell junctions were seen between germ cells and supporting cells since embryo 17d. This connection can be seen in later periods. In addition to possibly having a mechanistic connection, there may be the function of delivering nutrition and transmitting information.
