本文作者用交叉免疫电泳法研究了鲎变形细胞溶解物(LAL)分别与绿脓杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌可溶性抗原的相互作用,以此来探讨LAL对LPS的特异性。首先用LAL、绿脓杆菌可溶性抗原分别与相应抗体作交叉免疫电泳,分析其抗原组分,然后将LAL与绿脓杆菌抗原相互作用,再进行交叉免疫电泳。与前者比较,以观察两种抗原组分的消长变化,从而分析不同浓度的LAL与绿脓杆菌抗原相互作用不同时间后,LAL对绿脓杆菌抗原的影响。同时还用经LPS和加热预处
The authors used cross-immunoelectrophoresis to study the interaction of limulus amebocyte lysate (LAL) with soluble antigens of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus, respectively, to investigate the specificity of LAL for LPS.
