课堂教学是一门艺术,这好比演戏,同一个脚本由不同的演员来演,会产生不同的感染力和艺术效果,这取决于演员的艺术造诣和对剧作者意图的领会,通过表演要告诉观众些什么,在哪些观点上试图引起社会的关注与共鸣。课堂教学中同样的内容,由不同的教师执教也会有不同的教学效果,这和演戏是相同的。然而课堂教学与演戏毕竟还有很大的不同之处,课堂教学有教材规定的教学内容和要求,但没有规定的台词。课堂教学给教师以足够大的时空让教师自由驰骋,问题是我们在教学中要把学生引向哪里。教育思想和教学观念是教学设计的灵魂,教师在课堂教学开始之前,要对课堂教学进行预测和准备,这已成为教师日常工作的一部分。综合考虑教学过程中的多种因素,教
Classroom teaching is an art. It is like acting. The same script is played by different actors. It will produce different appealing power and artistic effects. It depends on the artist’s artistic accomplishments and the comprehension of the author’s intentions. What are the audiences and what views are they trying to arouse social attention and resonance? The same content in the classroom teaching, different teachers to teach will also have different teaching effects, which is the same with the play. However, there is still a great difference between classroom teaching and acting. After all, classroom teaching has teaching contents and requirements stipulated in textbooks, but there are no prescribed lines. Classroom teaching gives teachers enough time and space to allow teachers to ride freely. The question is where do we direct students in teaching?
