购置于2005年的万科东丽湖虹湾10号,建筑面积199m2,庭院面积587m2,购买的冲动绝对来自于院子的尺度,从此开始研习庭院景观设计。当时的东丽湖还是原生态的土地,以低密度打造生态住区,重返自然的现代田园是万科东丽湖一期的主题。独栋别墅以四户为一组进行摆位设置,每户都是三面院落,邻里之间采用高低错落的硬质隔墙和绿篱相结合的分隔方式。(图1为总平图,其中9号楼至12号楼为一个邻里单位,10号楼为本案)
