某铜矿主竖井工程为国家六五计划的重点项目之一。其主竖井掘进与建井工程外包给日本某公司施工。该公司要求我方在1983年内向日方提交完整而准确的工程地质与水文地质勘察资料。根据设计部门要求,需在竖井开拓前,就地施工一个850米深的勘探钻孔。为了保证其资料的准确性,对所施工钻孔的弯曲度、口径和采取率等均作了非常严格的要求,钻孔弯曲最大偏离距不得超过15%;岩心采取率要大于80%;不允许用泥浆钻进,对孔身结构和水文观测等也都作了明确的规定,终孔口径不得小于φ91毫米。即按要求
