本文介绍了热轧无缝钢管生产的发展。近10年来,热轧无缝钢管生产发展的特点是进一步完善传统的热轧工艺,旨在局部地显著改善钢管的质量和提高经济效益。在设计和建造新的无缝钢管热轧设备时,近10年来的发展趋势主要是改进传统的工艺,其目的在于提高质量和经济效益。钢管质量的提高是通过改善原材料的质量和提高轧管工艺及轧机建造水平来实现的。提高经济效益的根本措施是简化轧制过程、提高轧机生产能力、实现机械化或自动化。本文所涉及的热轧无缝钢管包括从碳素钢至中合金钢的商品管、锅炉管、管线管、油田用管、机械制造用管以及供冷加工精密管用的半成品管,其直径范围为25~400毫米。
This article describes the development of hot rolled seamless steel pipe production. The past 10 years, the development of hot-rolled seamless steel pipe production is characterized by further improvement of the traditional hot-rolled process, designed to significantly improve the local quality of steel and improve economic efficiency. In the design and construction of new hot-rolled seamless steel tubes and rolling equipment, the development trend over the past decade has been mainly to improve the traditional process with the aim of improving the quality and economic benefits. Steel pipe quality improvement is achieved by improving the quality of raw materials and improving the rolling process and mill construction level. The fundamental measures to improve economic efficiency are to simplify the rolling process, improve the mill’s production capacity and realize mechanization or automation. Hot-rolled seamless steel tubes covered in this paper include commercial tubes, boiler tubes, pipeline tubes, oilfield tubes, machinery tubes and semi-finished tubes for precision machining from carbon steel to medium alloy steel with a diameter range of 25 ~ 400 mm.
