制动摩擦材料的摩擦学性能受温度、压力和相对滑动速度的影响较大, 对于金属摩擦材料, 合金元素的含量也是影响其摩擦学性能的重要因素。现有的摩擦学理论还没有完全建立起制动摩擦材料的摩擦学性能参数与各种影响因素之间的映射关系。利用灰色系统理论对蠕墨铸铁和非石棉摩擦材料的摩擦学性能作了分析与预测, 其数据拟合的效果较好, 预测精度较高, 而且拟合时所需数据较少, 是进行小样本数据分析的一种有效工具。
The tribological properties of brake friction materials are greatly affected by temperature, pressure and relative sliding velocity. For metal friction materials, the content of alloying elements is also an important factor that affects the tribological properties. The existing tribological theory has not completely established the mapping relationship between the tribological properties of brake friction materials and various influencing factors. The tribological properties of vermicular graphite cast iron and non-asbestos friction materials are analyzed and predicted by the gray system theory. The data fitting results are better, the prediction accuracy is higher, and the data required for fitting are less, An effective tool for sample data analysis.
