副鼻窦炎是空勤学员淘汰数最大的一种病。为防止副鼻窦炎的漏入,我们对284名初步体格检查合格的飞行员作了颌窦穿刺和 X 光照像的对照,结果有181名(占64%)穿刺和照像均属正常,有43名(占15%)照像和穿刺都证明有副鼻窦炎,有49名(16%)仅照像有副鼻窦炎可疑但穿刺阴性,但其中80%鼻腔情况良好,可以作合格结论,此外20%作了淘汰处理,还有11名(占4%)照像正常穿刺
Paranasal sinusitis is one of the most obsolete diseases among airborne students. In order to prevent the leakage of sinusitis, we performed a comparison of maxillary sinus and X-ray on 284 pilots who passed the initial physical examination. As a result, 181 (64%) punctures and photographs were normal and 43 (15%) Photoseism and puncture both demonstrated sinusitis, while 49 (16%) were only suspected to have paranasal sinusitis but were negative for puncture but 80% of the nasal cavity was well established and qualified as a result 20% were eliminated, and 11 (4%) normal puncture
