为更好的满足半钢炼钢的要求,攀枝花钢钒有限公司提钒炼钢厂结合自身半钢冶炼实际情况,对原氧枪喷头进行了设计改进,并通过工业试验对新氧枪各项参数进行了考察。试验结果表明:与原氧枪相比,改进后的氧枪脱磷效果更好,初渣形成时间平均提前1.37min,纯吹氧时间平均缩短0.77min,吨钢氧耗平均降低1.05m3/t,渣料消耗降低了2.5kg/t。
