通过摩擦磨损试验、扫描电镜分析等方法,研究了三种不同基体组织的蠕墨铸铁与石棉基摩阻材料配副条件下的摩擦磨损特性。结果表明,100%铁素体基体蠕墨铸铁具有最低的磨损量,最高的摩擦系数,因此具有最低的磨损率。就摩擦磨损特性而言,100%铁素体的蠕铁可以作为蠕墨铸铁刹车毂的首选材料。不同基体组织蠕墨铸铁的摩擦磨损特性除了与基体本身的性质有关外,更重要的是取决于摩擦表面在磨损过程中组织和性能的变化。
The friction and wear characteristics of compacted graphite cast iron and asbestos-based friction material with three kinds of different matrix were studied by means of friction and wear test and scanning electron microscope analysis. The results show that 100% ferrite matrix compacted graphite cast iron has the lowest wear rate, the highest friction coefficient and therefore the lowest wear rate. In terms of friction and wear properties, 100% ferritic vermicular iron can be the material of choice for compacted graphite cast iron brake hubs. In addition to the nature of the matrix itself, the friction and wear characteristics of vermicular graphite castings with different matrixes depend more on the microstructure and properties of the friction surfaces during wear.
