盾构机在地下开挖中工作环境恶劣,各部件受力复杂,因此对连接各部件的螺纹孔的性能要求很高。但是在盾构机生产制造及旧设备修复过程中难免造成螺纹孔损坏,因此迫切需要简单、可靠的螺纹孔修复方法对螺纹孔进行修复。本文着重介绍采用钢丝螺套修复螺纹孔的工艺方法。该工艺方法简单方便、快速经济,不仅能显著减小劳动强度,降低工时消耗,而且可以通过装配钢丝螺套显著改善螺纹孔的机械性能,增强螺纹耐磨、抗震及疲劳强度等。
Shield machine in the underground excavation in harsh working environment, the components of the force-bearing complex, so the threaded parts of the connection performance requirements are high. However, it is inevitable that the screw holes will be damaged in the manufacture of the shield machine and the repair of the old equipment. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a simple and reliable screw hole repair method to repair the screw holes. This article focuses on the use of steel wire screw thread repair process. The process method is simple and convenient, fast and economical, not only can significantly reduce labor intensity and reduce man-hour consumption, but also can significantly improve the mechanical properties of the threaded hole through the assembly of a steel wire thread sleeve, and enhance thread wear resistance, seismic resistance and fatigue strength.
