一九五一年生,号风流墨客。教授、学者、北京联合大学艺术系主任,师从娄师白、王遐举、徐之谦。现为中国美术家协会会员、中国书法家协会会员。出版有《郭钟永画册》《写意花鸟画诀》(人民美术出版社出版)《中国近现代名画家画集·郭钟永》(大红袍)《艺术人生—建国60周年最具学术价值与市场潜力书画家作品集》等刊物。作品及介绍刊载于《一代大师》《中国艺术家》等。发表论文多篇。
