职工技术协作活动兴起于60年代初。1961年,正 当我国外遭经济封锁,内遇暂时困难的紧要关头,全国劳动模范、沈阳气体压缩机厂工人工程师吴家柱与沈阳拖拉机厂、沈阳高压开关厂的市劳动模范、先进生产者林海丰、吴大有三人串联起来,发起了技术协作活动。他们利用业余时间和公休假日,到处邀请能工巧匠和技术人员,相互交流技术经验,围绕着国家在建设中出现的一些“半截子工程”的设备关
Workers’ technical cooperation activities began in the early 60s. In 1961, just outside China’s economic blockade, it was a critical moment for the interim difficulties. National labor models, worker engineers of Shenyang Gas Compressor Plant, Wu Jiazhu and Shenyang Tractor Factory, Shenyang High Voltage Switch Factory’s labor model, advanced producer Lin Haifeng, Wu Dayou joined three groups and initiated a technical collaboration. They used spare time and public holidays, invited skilled craftsmen and technicians everywhere, exchanged technical experiences, and relied on some “half project” equipment that the country had encountered during construction.
