采用透射电镜、金相显微镜、便携式表面粗糙度测量仪、显微硬度测量仪和X射线衍射应力分析仪,研究了AISI304不锈钢传统车削加工和车削后SURP再处理的两种试样。分析了SURP试样表层特性的变化,通过旋转弯曲疲劳试验获取了两种试样的疲劳极限。结果表明:经SURP处理的试样粗糙度为0.19μm,传统车削试样的粗糙度为0.87μm,前者显微硬度在表层深度50μm处比后者提高了47%,残余压应力由-453 MPa提高到了-721 MPa,试样的疲劳极限由362 MPa提高到了434 MPa。
Two kinds of samples of conventional AISI 304 stainless steel turning and SURP reprocessing after turning were studied by using transmission electron microscope, metallographic microscope, portable surface roughness measuring instrument, microhardness measuring instrument and X-ray diffraction stress analyzer. The surface properties of SURP specimens were analyzed. The fatigue limits of two specimens were obtained by rotating bending fatigue test. The results show that the roughness of the SURP-treated specimen is 0.19μm and the roughness of the conventional turning specimen is 0.87μm. The former has a 47% increase in the micro-hardness at the surface depth of 50μm and the residual compressive stress is -453MPa Increased to -721 MPa, the fatigue limit of the sample increased from 362 MPa to 434 MPa.
