本文以一汽轿车公司作为应用研究案例,应用平衡记分卡管理理论和工具,探索平衡计分卡在一汽轿车公司业绩评价中的应用研究,进而探索建立一个科学的战略评价观和评价方法,提升企业的战略评价水平,使企业战略更好地指导企业发展,从而合理调配资源,提高企业的发展速度,进而加强企业的战略执行能力,具有普遍的现实意义及实践意义。文章提出了加强企业业绩评价领域的理论研究和实践探索,全面提高企业业绩评价的科学性、公正性,在当前具有重要而紧迫的现实意义。
