一、对离体豚鼠心脏冠脉流量的影响流压豚鼠9只,雌雄均有,体重530-850克,按Langendroff氏改良法,用Locke氏液(60 cmH_2O压力,38±1℃恒温,通氧气)灌流离体心脏,记求每分钟流量,待连续三次流量基本恒定后做为给药前流量,由灌流装置侧管注入20%淫羊藿煎剂0.5ml,取给药后5分钟内最大一次流量与给药前比较,进行显著性的测定,结果见表1。
First, the impact of coronary artery flow in isolated guinea pig heart 9 guinea pigs, both male and female, weight 530-850 g, according to Langendroff’s modified method, with Locke’s liquid (60 cmH2O pressure, 38 ± 1 °C constant temperature, pass Oxygen) perfused the isolated heart and recorded the flow rate per minute. After the three consecutive flow rates were basically constant, it was used as the pre-dosing flow rate. The side tube of the perfusion device was injected with 20% epimedium decoction 0.5 ml, within 5 minutes after administration. The maximum flow rate was compared with that before the administration, and significant measurements were made. The results are shown in Table 1.
