作为一名办刊人,不辱使命是一种责任;作为一名编辑,努力构建好一个平台,让大家通用这方舞台展现自己的才华是一种责任;作为锻压行业的一员,为行业服务是一种责任。也许长久以来,正是在这种责任的驱动下让我对锻压行业产生了一种很真挚、很忠诚的感情,也就萌动了为行业的企业、协会、人员更好服务的愿望。我希望能把企业管理者的风采和实力传递给我们的读者,使大家能够了解行业的现状、发展的脉络,从而适时调整自己的思维方式、知识结构。同时,我也希望通过努力实实在在地为企业做些事,使企业可以通过期刊这一窗口展示自己,可以在当前这种称为机遇和风险并存的时代彼此借鉴,强强联合,有所作为。于是就有了这次采访的初衷:通过采访行业协会、国内外知名锻压设备公司、国内知名锻件生产企业约七八位经理人,让大家透过诸位独到的观点,有所启示。
As an editor, it is a responsibility to live up to its mission. As an editor, it is a responsibility to build a platform for everyone to show their talents on the general stage. As a member of the forging industry, it is an industry. Service is a responsibility. Perhaps it has been for a long time that it has been driven by this responsibility that I have created a sincere and very loyal affection for the forging industry, and it has also aroused the desire of companies, associations, and personnel to serve the industry better. I hope to convey the elegance and strength of corporate managers to our readers, so that everyone can understand the status quo of the industry, the development context, and timely adjust their own way of thinking, knowledge structure. At the same time, I also hope to do something for companies through hard work, so that companies can show themselves through the window of the journal, and can learn from each other in the era of opportunities and risks that exist at the same time. . So there was the original intention of this interview: Through interviews with industry associations, well-known forging equipment companies at home and abroad, and some well-known forgings manufacturing companies in China, there are about 78 managers, so that everyone can inspire through the unique viewpoints.
