例1 吕××男性24岁打石工住院号98855 打石头时异物射入右眼已25天,1989年2月1日收住本科。右眼无光感,角膜中央偏鼻侧有一伤口,长10mm。虹膜部分前粘,晶体大部分混浊,眼底窥不清。X 光眼眶正侧定位片发现眶内金属异物位于角膜缘后25—30mm,正落在眼轴中心线上。眼眶扇形超声波检查显示视神经内有异物阴影,眼球变形,玻璃体出血,视网膜脱离。眼眶CT 检查提示金属异物位于靠近眼球的视神经束内的鼻侧。诊

X-ray orbital positive radiographs found orbital metal foreign body located in the corneal margin 25-30mm, is falling on the axial centerline. Orbital fan-shaped ultrasound showed intraocular nerve foreign body shadow, eyeball deformation, vitreous hemorrhage, retinal detachment.
