当前,我国预制构件厂热养护坑温度测量与控制的基本状况是:测温工人间断地在养护坑预留孔处用水银温度计测量,测得的温度仅是坑壁附近的温度,坑内温度场分布无法测得,而工人则凭经验开关进汽阀门。这样,养护坑内的实际温度情况与要求的养护制度有一定差距;对构件制品质量及蒸汽消耗都有相当大的影响。为此,我们承担了江苏省建工局下达的《混凝土热养护坑控温技术的研究》项目。该项目主要研究内容为:1.选用适合于高温高湿环境、性能可靠、价格低廉的温度传感器;2.研制适用于热养护工艺的测温控制设
At present, the basic status of temperature measurement and control of thermal conservation pits in China’s prefabricated component plants is that temperature measurement workers intermittently measure mercury thermometers at reserved holes in the conservation pits. The measured temperature is only the temperature near the pit wall and the temperature field inside the pits. The distribution was not measurable, and workers switched the steam valve on the basis of experience. In this way, the actual temperature situation in the conservation pits has a certain gap with the required maintenance system; it has a considerable impact on the quality of component products and steam consumption. To this end, we undertook the project “Study on temperature control technology for concrete thermal conservation pits” issued by the Jiangsu Provincial Construction Bureau. The main research contents of this project are: 1. Select a temperature sensor suitable for high temperature and high humidity environment, reliable performance, and low price; 2. Develop a temperature measurement control system suitable for thermal curing process.
