各位代表:关于省第一届第二次各界人民代表会议,交由政府处理的提案,除将处理情况逐案汇印成册发给各位代表请予审查外,兹作如下几点简要说明:(1)省第一届第二次各界人民代表会议交由政府办理的提案,共计二九四件。迄今为止,已经办理了二四七件,占总数的百分之七四;正在办理尚未结案者十八件,占百分之六点一:因条件限制不能办理或暂未办理者二九件,占百分之九点九。从提案的性质上来看:交由政府办理的二九四件提案中,比重最大的是有关工农业生产建设方面的提案共七六件,占总数的百分之二六强;有关文教卫生建设方面的提案共六
