1.临床资料 本文报导外伤后患病毒性脑炎死亡一例。郑某,男15岁,中学生。98年1月4日与人打斗,次日照常上学,左额部皮肤青紫。一周后述头痛、头晕、发热,继而出现精神萎糜,大小便失禁就诊于我院。30日门诊以“头部外伤、精神障碍待查”收入院。三次请儿科会诊,2月9日起神志昏迷,2月16日临床死亡。入院后三次腰穿检查(31/1、9/2、13/2),第一次脑脊液无色透明,压力为180厘米水柱,细胞数40/mm~3,糖37mg,氯化
