目的调查某院奥美唑制剂的门诊处方,分析奥美拉唑与其他药物的合用情况,为临床合理用药提出建议。方法统计某社区医院2011年全年门诊使用奥美拉唑的处方,对与其他药物合用的情况进行统计分析。结果一年内奥美拉唑制剂门诊处方3 485张,单用处方1 626张,二联以上处方1 859张。三联以上合并用药涉及到消化系统药物、抗菌药、心血管系统用药等。结论奥美拉唑在与其他药物合用时要首先考虑药物的相互作用,医师和药师在指导患者使用药物时要交待服药时间或间隔等注意事项,以便使临床用药安全有效,减少药品不良反应的发生。
Objective To investigate outpatient prescriptions of omeprazole preparations in a hospital and analyze the combination of omeprazole and other drugs so as to provide suggestions for clinical rational drug use. Methods A community hospital in 2011 annual out-patient use of omeprazole prescription, combined with other drugs for statistical analysis. Results A total of 3 485 out-patient prescriptions of omeprazole preparations in a year were obtained, with 1 626 prescriptions alone and 1 859 prescriptions in duplicate.
