[目的]探讨甲状腺乳头状癌中c-Met、HIF-1α的表达及其临床意义。[方法]采用免疫组化方法研究c-Met、HIF-1α在甲状腺乳头状癌肿瘤组织中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系。[结果]c-Met、HIF-1α在甲状腺乳头状癌中的阳性表达率分别为97.22%、86.11%,明显高于甲状腺腺瘤及癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),二者的高表达呈正相关,但与肿瘤大小、临床分期及淋巴结转移无关。[结论]c-Met、HIF-1α在甲状腺乳头状癌癌组织中表达上调,二者表达呈正相关。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of c-Met and HIF-1α in papillary thyroid carcinoma and its clinical significance. [Methods] The expression of c-Met and HIF-1α in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues and their clinicopathological characteristics were studied by immunohistochemistry. [Results] The positive rates of c-Met and HIF-1α in thyroid papillary carcinoma were 97.22% and 86.11%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in thyroid adenoma and adjacent normal tissues (P <0.05) The high expression of the two was positively correlated, but not with tumor size, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis. [Conclusion] The expressions of c-Met and HIF-1α in thyroid papillary carcinoma tissues are up-regulated, and the expressions of c-Met and HIF-1α are positively correlated.
