本文对36例X线不显影的无症状胆石症病人,研究鹅脱氧胆酸和苯巴比妥单用或合用时的溶胆石作用。按双盲法随机用下列4组药物:①单用鹅脱氧胆酸每日750毫克;②单用苯巴比妥每日180毫克;③合用上二药;④用乳糖作安慰剂。治疗前并每隔3个月测血清谷草转氨酶、硷性磷酸酶和胆红素,每隔6个月测血清甘油三醋、胆固醇、肌酐,并作胆囊造影和胆汁脂类测定。结果如下: 胆汁脂类治疗一年后各治疗组胆酸浓度明显增
In this paper, 36 cases of X-ray asymptomatic cholelithiasis patients, research chenodeoxycholic acid and phenobarbital alone or in combination when the role of gallstone. Double-blind randomized by the following four groups of drugs: ① single chenodeoxycholic acid 750 mg daily; ② phenobarbital alone 180 mg daily; ③ combined with two drugs; ④ lactose as a placebo. Serum aspartate aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, and bilirubin were measured before treatment and every 3 months. Serum triglycerides, cholesterol, and creatinine were measured every 6 months for cholecystography and bile lipids.
