在物理教学中,我发现有一部分学生在抄袭作业,还有一部分同学不做作业。这不得不让我深思:作为初中物理教师应该如何来改变这种局面?我想从以下几方面入手。一、老师要有一颗耐心、真心和爱心作为教师,应从走向讲台的第一天起,就树立起做教师的个人追求,持之以恒,永不放弃,这是要求老师要有耐心。面对农村留守儿童,更要求老师付出真心和爱心。他们大部分缺少父母的关爱,性格都有点说不出的怪。对学习没有目标,更没有奋斗精神,老师布置的任务是能应付就应付,不能应付就来学校抄
In physics teaching, I found that some students are plagiarizing their homework while others do not do their homework.
