《茶叶全书》从六个方面以篇章单列的形式详细阐述了茶叶和茶叶所涉及到的各个领域,包括:历史方面、技术方面、科学方面、商业方面、社会方面及艺术方面,是一部真正意义上关于茶叶的百科全书。我手上的这套《茶叶全书》中译本,是东方出版社2011年出版发行的第一版,大32开本,分为上下两册,860千字,总页码超过1000码。如此篇幅,想在短时间内通读下来,几乎很难做到。即便勉强完成,效果也不敢恭维,经眼不经脑,只能算作聊胜于无。但拿这套书作为手边
