As a member of the first generation of leading collective of the Communist Party of China and the second generation of leading cadres, Comrade Deng Xiaoping made outstanding contributions to the development of our multi-party cooperation system. He made a scientific definition of the nature of various democratic parties in the new era; he developed the basic guidelines for multi-party cooperation in the new era; promoted the standardization and institutionalization of multi-party cooperation and promoted the multi-party cooperation and socialist democratic politics led by the Communist Party Construction.
