本研究利用体外肾小管上皮细胞培养及氚标记的胸腺嘧啶核普(3~H-TdR)掺入技术,观察了冬虫夏草(虫草)对细胞生长的影响,结果表明虫草可明显促进3~H-TdR 向肾小管上皮细胞内掺入(虫草组11060.63±603.04CPM,对照组8323.83±836.72CPM,P<0.001)。为此考虑虫草减轻肾小管损伤的作用之一在于促进细胞的修复。此外,我们还观察了大鼠5/6肾切除后血清及中药大黄对肾小管上皮细胞的影响,结果显示5/6肾切除后血清能明显刺激3~H-TdR 掺入到上皮细胞内,而大黄则可抑制肾小管上皮细胞的生长。
In this study, we used in vitro tubular epithelial cell culture and tritiated thymidine (3H-TdR) incorporation techniques to observe the effect of Cordyceps (Cordyceps militaris) on cell growth. The results showed that Cordyceps can significantly promote 3~H- TdR was incorporated into renal tubular epithelial cells (Cordyceps group 11060.63 ± 603.04 CPM, control 8323.83 ± 836.72 CPM, P <0.001). One of the effects of Cordyceps militaris on renal tubule injury is to promote cell repair. In addition, we also observed the effect of 5/6 nephrectomized rat serum and rhubarb on renal tubular epithelial cells. The results showed that 5/6 nephrectomized serum significantly stimulated 3H-TdR incorporation into epithelial cells. Rhubarb can inhibit the growth of renal tubular epithelial cells.
