Xintai City is located in the hinterland of Shandong Province, east of Mount Tai, covers an area of 1,946 square kilometers and has a population of 1,428,000. It is one of the top 100 counties in the country, the top 30 county-level economy in the province, and 15 medium-sized cities under key construction in Shandong Province. As a traditional resource city, Xintai is prosperous because of coal, rich resources have formed the situation of “one coal dominance” and also created more than half a century of glory.
