本组146例经痰、血及胸液培养出189株致病菌,其中革兰氏阴性菌为78.3%,与本组病例均为老年恶性肿瘤患者,且使用免疫抑制剂有关。大肠杆菌族49株、绿脓杆菌41株,占革兰氏阴性菌的60.8%。革兰氏阳性菌为21.7%。全组缓慢起病者94例、无热或低热者120例、白细胞正常或降低者109例。致病菌株对常用抗生素均耐药,且对部分三代头孢类和部分氟喹诺酮类抗生素亦产生耐药。
In the 146 cases of this group, 189 strains of pathogenic bacteria were cultured in sputum, blood, and pleural fluid, of which 78.3% were gram-negative bacteria. This group of cases were all patients with malignant tumors in the elderly, and the use of immunosuppressive agents. 49 strains of E. coli and 41 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa accounted for 60.8% of Gram-negative bacteria. Gram-positive bacteria was 21.7%. There were 94 cases of slow onset in the whole group, 120 cases without heat or low fever, and 109 cases with normal or reduced white blood cells. Pathogenic strains are resistant to commonly used antibiotics, and also produce resistance to some third-generation cephalosporins and some fluoroquinolones.
