目的研究南海美丽海绵属Callyspongia sp.的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20和反相半制备HPLC等方法分离纯化,根据现代波谱技术(ESI-MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR)进行结构鉴定。结果从南海美丽海绵属Cally-spongiasp.分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:尿嘧啶(1)、胸腺嘧啶(2)、β-吲哚醛(3)、4-羟基苯乙酰胺(4)、3,4-二氯苯甲酸(5)、腺嘌呤(6)、苯氨基丙酰胺(7)、4-(2-氨乙基)-N,N-二乙苯胺(8)。结论其中化合物2~8为首次从南海美丽海绵属Callyspongiasp.中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Callyspongia sp. in the South China Sea. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 and reverse phase semi-preparative HPLC. Structures were identified by modern spectroscopy (ESI-MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR). Results Eight compounds were isolated from Cally-spongiasp. from the South China Sea. They were identified as uracil (1), thymine (2), β-furaldehyde (3), and 4-hydroxyphenylacetamide (4). , 3,4-dichlorobenzoic acid (5), adenine (6), anilinopropionamide (7), 4-(2-aminoethyl)-N,N-diethylaniline (8). Conclusion Compounds 2~8 were isolated from Callyspongiasp. from the South China Sea for the first time.
