周恩来最善于做思想工作,从党的高级干部到普通群众,都大受其泽惠。周恩来的思想工作没有灌输式的说教,只有设身处地的为他人着想,同情他们,安慰他们,为他们指出前进的方向,使其心悦诚服。尤其是对于处在弱者与失败者地位的人们,他总是维护其尊严,安排其生活,指明其前途。周恩来的思想工作具有以身作则的示范性、设身处地的情感性等特点,是我们取之不尽的资源。
