加工图1所示的螺栓模模片上的六方孔。我们采用普通环形刃六方拉刀,拉刀齿距按t=(1.25~1.9)L~(1/2)的原则选择,由于孔的长度L短,同时参加切削的齿数减少,拉削不平稳;拉刀齿距选择较小时,容屑槽减少,磨削前角时困难,至使拉刀在工作中容易塞屑,积屑瘤和鳞刺严重,六方孔表面粗糙度达不到要求。为此,我们根据斜角切削的原理,设计制造了如图2所示的螺旋刃渐变式六方
