During the “Seventh Five-Year” period, the aviation industry in our country maintained a stable production safety situation with no major casualties. The total number of fatalities, serious injuries and casualties among accidents dropped by 3%, 36% and 42% respectively during the period of the “6th Five-Year Plan”. The passing rate of dust poisoning reached 76.5%, 27.7% higher than the “6th Five-Year Plan”. The reason why the aviation industry has achieved such success depends mainly on the fact that the whole system regards safety production as a major issue and implements concrete measures.
