近年已发展了一种高效率、节能、廉价而简便的金属薄带生产方式——熔融急冷法制取非晶合金。这种混乱态物质具有十分奇特的物理化学性能。目前在工程应用方面,铁磁非晶材料最有潜势,它的磁导率10~6,矫顽力达毫奥级,电阻率高、带薄,特别适合于高效能、高频(20~200KHz)铁芯器件,非晶材料研究进展迅猛。如今我国非晶合金也已跨入实用阶段。本文联系到组元化学成分、合金结构、元素及析出相等冶金学因素,讨论了实用非晶十分关切的若干问题:首先是关于铁磁损耗及高频特性的研究;其次是非晶热稳定性、磁稳定性及表面晶化;最后环绕非晶铁芯及价格问题,介绍了非晶产品价格随工艺技术改进,产量提高,应用范畴扩展而逐年降低的总趋势。
In recent years, it has developed a high efficiency, energy saving, cheap and simple metal ribbon production - melt quenching amorphous alloy preparation. This chaotic state has very strange physical and chemical properties. Currently in the field of engineering applications, ferromagnetic amorphous materials most potential, its permeability of 10 to 6, coercivity milliwatt class, high resistivity, with thin, especially for high performance, high frequency (20 ~ 200KHz) core devices, the rapid progress of amorphous materials research. Today, amorphous alloys have also entered the practical stage. In this paper, the chemical elements, alloy structures, elements and precipitation equivalent metallurgical factors are discussed. Some issues that are of great concern to practical amorphous materials are discussed: firstly, the studies on the loss and high frequency properties of ferromagnetism; second, the amorphous thermal stability, Magnetic stability and surface crystallization; the last around the amorphous iron core and price issues, introduced the amorphous product prices with technology improvements, production increased, the scope of application expanded year by year to reduce the overall trend.
