前言 在碳素制品生产过程中,无论是粘合剂与碳素粉末的混合,还是焙烧后或石墨化后产品的浸渍,都与表面化学中的润湿现象密切相关。在混合过程中粘合剂必须对碳素粉末表面具有良好的润湿性,这样才能附着在上面并进一步铺张开来。在浸渍过程中,浸渍剂必须对焙烧后或石墨化后的产品具有良好的润湿性,这样才能浸渗到产品的空隙内。由此可见碳素制品生产中的润湿现象与制品的质量密切相关。下面我们就从热力学(必要时结合动力学)方面来探讨这一问题。
Preface In the production of carbon products, whether it is a mixture of binder and carbon powder, or after roasting or graphitized product impregnation, are closely related with the surface chemistry of wetting phenomenon. During mixing, the binder must have good wetting of the carbon powder surface so that it can adhere to it and spread further. During impregnation, the impregnating agent must have good wetting of the calcined or graphitized product so that it can penetrate into the product void. This shows that the wetting of carbon products in the production of products and the quality is closely related. Below we will explore this issue from the thermodynamics (combining kinetics if necessary).
