在田径运动项目的构成当中,背向滑步推铅球是常用的投掷技术之一。受到背向滑步推铅球技术系统性较强等因素的影响,在背向滑步推铅球教学的过程中,如何凸显背向滑步推铅球技术的要点,提升背向滑步推铅球教学的有效性,是体育教练员、体育教师需要关注的基本问题。基于此,本文结合背向滑步推铅球教学实践,在分析这一技术要点的基础上,就背向滑步推铅球的教学策略展开了研究。通过本研究以期为提升背向滑步推铅球教学的有效性,提供理论与实践层面的参考。
