如今,很多高职院校通过开展校企合作、工学交替的人才培养模式,进一步确定了自己的办学特点和办学目标,他们培养出来的技术技能型人才服务于社会的各行各业,并且满足了企业对高技能人才的需要。但在实际开展工学交替时,由于一些瓶颈,所取得的效果并不尽人意。本文将从院校和企业这两个主要因素,来分析其出现的瓶颈,并提出相应的对策。
Nowadays, many higher vocational colleges have further established their own characteristics of running a school and running a school by carrying out the school-enterprise cooperation and the mode of cultivating talents with alternating work-study. The skilled personnel trained by them have served all walks of life in society and have satisfied Business needs of highly skilled personnel. However, due to some bottlenecks, the results achieved during the actual alternation of work and study are not satisfactory. This article will analyze the bottleneck that emerged from the two major factors of institutions and enterprises and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
