为推进2011年新闻出版产业发展,新闻出版总署提出十项工作要点,它们分别是:发布和实施《新闻出版业“十二五”时期发展规划》;抓好重点项目的论证、评审和落实;加快培养产业增长极,抓好产业集群建设;推动出版物流通体系建设;进一步完善产业发展的政策体系;开展新闻出版企业无形资产评估工作;引导和规范非国有资本参与发展新闻出版产业;规范市场秩序,为新闻出版业发展营造良好环境;推动新闻出版业创新能力建设;推动统计工作科学化、常态化。
