State-owned enterprises seem to have a natural star effect and a slight sign of trouble can set off an uproar. Lang’s debate on property rights reform in state-owned enterprises came to an end because of unknown reasons as the media stopped its business. However, the controversy over the overseas listing of state-owned enterprises was still on the decline.
