抢电流逻辑(CHL) 的逻辑功能是由开关中间收集极间的p-n-p结构的横向注入电流来确定的。因能获得高集成度,因此或非门、与非门和其它复杂的门电路都能容易地实现,并且,所有的逻辑元件都可位子同一隔离区内。CHL是用标准隐埋收集极工艺做成的,因此适合子线性双极电路和其它双极逻辑电路。以电流电平为逻辑变数,还讨论了与一或非门的传输特性。CHL能提高静态和动态抗扰度。本文所述的静态频率分配器可作为CHL电路的例子。
The logic function of CHL is determined by the lateral injection current of the p-n-p structure between the collector and collector. Because of its high level of integration, NAND gates, NAND gates and other complex gate circuits are easily implemented, and all logic elements can be located in the same isolation area. CHL is made with a standard buried collector process and is therefore suitable for sub-linear bipolar circuits and other bipolar logic circuits. Taking the current level as a logic variable, the transmission characteristics with a NOR gate are also discussed. CHL improves static and dynamic immunity. The static frequency divider described herein can be used as an example of a CHL circuit.
