抓紧建立一套科学的干部实绩考核标准和办法,是十六届四中全会提出的一项紧迫任务。中央有关部门争取用两年左右的时间,初步建立起党政领导班子和领导干部实绩考核评价体系。这套体系被认为是2006年全国省市领导班子换届考察干部的重要依据。目前,这套体系的制定工作正在紧锣密鼓的进行当中。
It is an urgent task proposed by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee to step up the establishment of a set of scientific standards and measures for the performance evaluation of cadres. Relevant departments of the Central Government strive for the initial establishment of a performance appraisal system for the leading groups and leading cadres in the party and government for about two years. This system is considered to be an important basis for the examination of cadres in different provinces and cities in 2006. At present, the formulation of this system is in full swing.
