应用放射配体结合法检测了４０只ＳＤ雄性大鼠肝胞液的糖皮质激素受体（ＧＣＲ）。发现单纯使用糖皮质激素（ＧＣ）组和单纯使用小柴胡汤组大鼠ＧＣＲ数目均明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），而小柴胡汤与ＧＣ合用组ＧＣＲ数目明显高于单纯使用ＧＣ组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。各组Ｋｄ值无显著差异。提示小柴胡汤既具有ＧＣ样作用，又能使ＧＣ引起的ＧＣＲ降调作用明显减弱。
Radioligand binding assay was used to detect glucocorticoid receptor (GCR) in 40 male SD rats. The numbers of GCR in rats treated with GC alone and Xiaochaihu Decoction alone were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). The numbers of GCR in Xiao Chaihu Decoction and GC combined group were significantly higher than those in the control group GC group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in Kd between groups. Tip Xiao Chai Hu Tang GC-like effect both, but also make GC-induced GCR decreased significantly reduced role.
