目的了解太原市2011-2012年不同职业类别放射工作人员所接受外照射个人剂量水平,为加强放射防护的科学管理提供数据。方法按照GBZ 128-2002《职业性外照射个人监测规范》的要求,采用热释光个人剂量监测。结果 2011-2012年太原市放射工作人员人均年剂量当量为1.19 mSv。不同的职业类别中,以介入放射学所受剂量当量最高为1.96 mSv,同位素应用最低为0.73 mSv。结论太原市放射工作人员的工作环境基本是符合要求和安全的,对介入放射工作人员的管理,是下一步工作的重点。
Objective To understand the personal dose level of radiation exposure received by radiological workers of different occupational groups in Taiyuan from 2011 to 2012, to provide data for strengthening the scientific management of radiological protection. Methods According to the requirements of GBZ 128-2002 “Occupational exposure to external personal monitoring norms”, the use of thermoluminescence personal dose monitoring. Results The per capita equivalent dose per year of radiographers in Taiyuan from 2011 to 2012 was 1.19 mSv. In different occupational categories, the highest dose equivalent for interventional radiology is 1.96 mSv and the lowest for isotope application is 0.73 mSv. Conclusion The working environment of radiation workers in Taiyuan is basically in line with the requirements and safety. The management of radiation workers involved in the work is the focus of the next step.
