我们对低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的转运与消耗作了研究,用离体20小时损伤与非损伤10WHHL家兔腹主动脉和10NZW家免腹主动脉进行灌注,在“正常张力”(P=70/40mmHg;Q=50ML/min)或“高张力”(P=100/mmHg;Q=100ml/min)情况下,切除已经用正常温度兔血浆灌注的,经I~(131)和I~(125)—tyraminc cellofiosc(I~(125)—TC)对LDL加倍标记的新鲜动脉进行组织活检,分析I~(131)—LDL和I~(125)—TC降
We studied the transport and depletion of low density lipoprotein (LDL), perfusing 20-hour injured and non-injured 10-WHHL rabbit abdominal aorta and 10NZW-free abdominal aorta in “normal tension” (P = (131) and I ~ (131) in normal rabbit plasma were resected in the presence of high blood pressure (70/40 mmHg; Q = 50 mL / min) (125) -tyraminc cellofiosc (I ~ (125) -TC) biopsies of LDL-doubled fresh arteries were performed to analyze the changes of I ~ (131) -LDL and I ~ (125)
